Caviar d'aubergines et courgettes
Le week-end dernier j'ai reçu du monde et comme c'est quelqu'un que j'aime beaucoup j'ai voulu lui faire plaisir en lui faisant découvrir des saveurs (pas forcement nouvelles mais agréables en bouche). J'ai donc farfouillé sur la blogosphère et je suis tombé sur le Blog Jamais sans mon super bol et j'ai réalisée cette recette de Caviar très appréciable et de surcroît au Thermomix.
Ingrédients :
* 4 aubergines
* 4 courgettes
* un peu d'huile d'olives
* 2 gousses d'ail
* herbes de provence
* 1/2 càc de Sel
* poivre
* 1 càc de paprika doux
* 1/2 càc de cumin en poudre
* jus d'un 1/2 citron
Préchauffer le four à 220°
Couper les aubergines en moitiés. Inciser de travers façon "grillage", couper les courgettes en 3 tranches épaisses, inciser de la même façon. Placer tout sur une plaque allant au four. Passer un filet d'huile d'olive dessus, des herbes de Provence, un peu de sel et poivre, et hop, au four pendant 30 min.
Quand les légumes sont bien dorés, les sortir du four et laisser tiédir.
Pendant ce temps, éplucher 2 gousses d'ail, presser le 1/2 citron.
Introduire l'ail dans le bol et mixer 5 secondes vitesse 5. Racler les parois du bol. Rajouter le jus de citron, les autres épices, puis les légumes tièdes.
Mixer tout 10 secondes à vitesse 6.
VERDICT : Un délice que nous avons dégusté aussi bien sur des toasts grillés que sur du pain blanc. Délicieux et à refaire au plus vite, en plus c'est rapide et très facile. Ne pas hésiter à rajouter des épices et de l'huile d'olive en fonction des goûts (moi j'en ai doublé la dose pour avoir un goût plus soutenu).
