Soupe au concombre
Bon, le temps est toujours mi-figue / mi-raisin. Un coup il pleut, un coup il vente mais les températures sont assez clémente maintenant. Alors après les grêlons du jour, je vous propose une petite soupe de Concombre chaude réalisée avec Mon super robot en 2 temps 3 mouvements.
Ingrédients :
* 2 Concombres
* 6 Pommes de Terre
* 1 Cube Or
* Poivre
Épluchez concombres, les mettre dans le bol du thermomix et mixer. Rajouter 600 g d'eau + le cube Or+poivre.
Pelez les pommes de Terre, les couper en 2 et les mettre dans le panier du Thermomix.
Programmez 20 mn à 100° - Vitesse 1.
A la fin du programme, ajoutez une noix de beurre puis mixer 1 mn - Vitesse 10.
VERDICT : Pas de sel supplémentaire à ajouter en ce qui me concerne. On sent bien le goût du concombre qui est appréciable également chaud. Une bonne petite soupe à tester !
